In order to attain such high precision levels, live centres for grinding are fitted with  5 high precision bearings, selected and adjusted to the shaft and the barrel. All of our live centres are characterised  by the shaft with a hardened metal point suitable for machining tempered materials. The extremities of the shaft are available in 3 standard geometries in order to enable the optimal contact with the shaft in all conditions. The live centres are also available in the version with interchangeable tips and cone-shaped ring carrier, with the same specifications and characteristics.<br \/>\n<br \/>Furthermore, Tecnologie FRB supplies all its live centres for grinding with grease lubrication (standard) and desired, with spray oil. The machine connections require MT3, 4 and 5 while for heavier loads MT6, 7 or MT80 and 100 are used. Points with special geometries can be designed and developed on request.<br \/>\n<br \/>Continual research enables Tecnologie FRB to excel in the production of both rotating live centres  and customised live centres.
