This component has been designed to withstand extremely high loads, demonstrating the company&#8217;s commitment to innovation and quality.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Technical Specifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The METRICO 140 live center has been engineered to handle loads up to 40,000 kg and an axial thrust up to 25,000 kg. These technical specifications make it ideal for industrial applications requiring robustness and reliability.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Maximum Workpiece Weight<\/strong>: 40,000 kg<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maximum Speed<\/strong>: 100 rpm<\/li>\n<li><strong>Axial Thrust<\/strong>: 25,000 kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Design and Safety<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The Live Center was designed internally by our technical office, using an FEM calculator to ensure it can safely handle such loads. This advanced design process ensures that each component is precisely dimensioned for the most demanding requirements.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Continuous Innovation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This project is not an endpoint but just the beginning, thanks to the arrival of new machine tools. The METRICO 140 live center is an excellent example of our commitment to innovation and quality.
