Since 2018, in order to automatise and interconnect our logistics and warehouse, here at Tecnologie FRB, we have set up three vertical warehouses within the workshop which ensure an automated stockage system, whilst reducing the floor space occupied by traditional storage by 100%. Moreover, as this system is integrated into the company ERP, the business management of production, data collection and analysis is simplified.
According to the National Institute of Statistics “ The industry confirms its position as the most dynamic sector with 58.8% of companies boasting innovative intervention in the three-year period from 2018 – 2020”. The choice of partners is mainly Italian (21.1%) against 4.6% choosing foreign partnerships. For our warehouse automation system, Tecnologie FRB has paired up with MODULA Spa, an Italian company which designs and produces both vertical and horizontal automatic warehousing.
Other important 4.0 acquisitions by Tecnologie FRB in 2018 included the Biglia Model B465 T3 Y3 S/N 13745 for turning, along with the relative CAM software, to carry out the first step in the work processes which define the final product, along with the model XFILES-S370bar loader.
